The Alzheimer's Society, are there for anyone affected by dementia, and do everything they can to keep people with dementia connected to their lives and the people who matter the most.
A few members of this running team are experiencing the effects of Dementia at first hand, as they continue to see a love one battle the obstacles of dementia every day.
