I'm cycling really far in support of London Youth, a charity which provides opportunities for young people by working through and supporting their local youth clubs. 

I'm doing this challenge alongside with and in support of my best friend Arion, who has been my friend since we were 4 years old. Arion was shot in the leg in Hackney in December 2012 and it's been a long road to recovery - this is his first test of his leg and his fitness since! 

Arion is part of the London Youth Talent Match Youth Board, and in the last few months has proved himself so valuable he's been employed at the charity as an IT Assistant! London Youth staff really supported Arion over the last couple of years so this is us giving something back! 

Your donations will go towards London Youth's award-winning Sports Development programme, enabling 6,943 young people to play up to 35 different sports and to progress onto gaining coaching qualifications and paid employment.
