We started out by doing Couch to 5k after an over indulgent holiday to build some fitness. We actually started to enjoy running, it became fun and a good way to clear the mind after a tough day. After being accepted into the Great North Run we decided this would be a great way to raise money in memory of Richard Conn, Rachael’s Grandad. An amazing man who remains firmly in all of our memories.
