Phoebe Shellman, Scott Lote-Williams, Megan Kydd-Coutts Kelly Griffiths will be cycling from London to Amsterdam in August, to raise funds for Llamau. We want to try and help the issue of homelessness in Cardiff, and any donation, little or small, can make a difference. 

Llamau is the leading homelessness charity in Wales, supporting the most vulnerable young people and women. They are particularly well known for working with those most at risk - care leavers, people who have been involved with the criminal justice system, people who have experienced domestic abuse and people who have had chaotic and disadvantaged lifestyles.
