A crack team of 12 veteran MTB Cyclists will be taking on the challenge of conquering The Scottish C2C this year. A harsh and unforgiving journey from Annan to The Firth of Forth via off and on road tracks, with a limited amount of Pubs available for liquid refreshments en route, which may be a good thing.

So how did it all start……whilst on another night out with many close friends again at The Colpitts Hotel, Durham, UK to celebrate 2 years of myself getting the all clear from Cancer (Stage 4 Lymphoma). We decided on another cycling trip to raise money for the UHND (Durham Hospital) Chemo Day Unit and their planned Unit improvements.

These includes building work to make best use of limited space and updating equipment, also a few treats for the Patients and Nurses usually in the form of chocolates.
