At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Just before Christmas I decided to set myself a challenge that would need a huge amount of effort and determination so I could try and raise as much money as possible for the Alzheimer's Society. Like many others my family has been affected by this terrible disease. I've never run more than a half marathon before but I decided to run the Leeds to Liverpool canal in aid of The Alzhiemer's Society.
