Anyone can get Parkinson’s. It gets worse over time and there’s no cure. Yet. Funding research into the most promising treatments, we’re getting closer to a cure. Until then, we're improving life for people with Parkinson’s, and the people in their lives. Together we'll find a cure.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

We are 4 close friends that have a love for cars and speed.  We hold professional experience in Engineering and Racing. We hold the art of flamboyance and we are looking forward to either winning or losing in style!!!!
For years we have wanted to enter a Soapbox race and now (27th May 2018) there is no better time to enter on behalf of Sal and Alfie's Grandfather (Pop as we liked to call him).  We are looking to raise as much as possible for Parkinson's UK. Which will help towards research on curing and assisting medical staff in years to come, battle this awful disease.
Our cart will be fast and shaped as a Silver Bullet after the great country and Western 'The Silver Bullet'.  You will recognise us on the day as we will be wearing Cowboy costumes and using the term YEEEEHAAAAAA a fair bit.
Please donate what you can, I know Pop will be watching and cheering us on!! Pleas come and cheer us on - 27th of May in Great Dunmow.
