Robin, Anthony & myself have all entered this years and the inaugural Thetford Forest Duathlon which comprises a 5.4km run, 14km bike, 3.6km run so lots of training required.

The event is in aid of Muscular Dystrophy Campaign and we hope to raise a little money for the charity and really appreciate your support.
