As I am sure you are aware, over the last few years Angela has run several Half Marathons to raise money for CAFOD. This year Angela is unable to run in the BUPA Great North Run  so the rest of the Vince family are taking her place. Peter, Abigail Rachel, Sarah and myself have been training as a family for the race on the 20th September. As well as the Vince family  members of the  Gannon family  including  Mark,Ben,Sam and Rosie are running the Great North Run after running in the Cardiff and Stratford-Upon-Avon half marathons previously!!(See other photos!!!) The training has been very hard but as a family we have supported each other and we are very much looking forward to race day!(Especially crossing the finish line!)

CAFOD works in over 60 of the poorest countries worldwide tackling poverty and injustice. We are raising money to support CAFOD's work in Zimbabwe, where people are facing extreme food shortages and the lack of basic medical care. CAFOD hope to work with local people to develop long term sustainable methods of food production and help create a better medical infrastructure. It is a great cause for things we take so for granted.

Angela is also running in the Birmingham Half Marathon to raise money for CAFOD, it is a charity very close to the families heart and we greatly appreicate your support. Any money that you can donate is greatly received.
