Saras Hope Foundation was launched in 2007. Inspired by the remarkable Sara Hoburn who tragically passed away at just 16 in 2001 after a two year battle with a rare and aggressive form of colon cancer. Sara was so brave and touched the hearts of so many people – she was a unique and special person who always had a smile for everyone.
