CANCER....the word everybody dreads. But at some time in your life you or someone you know will be affected by it. This is my father in law ''sid'', my wifes dad and my childrens grandad who had never been in hospital in his life. Then at the age of 72 got the dreaded disease and was gone in a very short space of time.

So once again im on the scrounge. I know at the moment its probably a very tight time for a lot of people, but i am running, and possibly doing a bit of walking THE LONDON MARATHON in April. I am training 5 times a week. Trudging through the streets of Essex braving the snow, rain and sleet wearing trainers with holes, a hoodie without a hood (you get the picture).
