A very good friend of mine was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease at the age of 26. He has since started a charity called The Cure Parkinson's Trust to raise funds for research into Parkinson's to find a cure. They also raise awareness about Parkinson's and are a great support to many people and their carers with Parkinson's.

We all know someone with Parkinson's disease and what a huge impact it has on their lives. With good research hopefully one day people will be able to say I used to have  Parkinson's Disease.
