David and I are running the Reading half marathon to raise money for the Alexander Devine Children's Cancer Trust. This is a fantastic local charity that provides great support for children (and their families) up to the age of 18, that are suffering from life-limiting conditions.  www.adcct.com

David and I are not exactly great Olympians so this will represent a huge challenge for us. The mixture of mince pies, xmas dinners, and wine over the past couple of months have taken its toll, so its fair to say it will be tough running over 13 miles.
