Colchester Half Marathon · 13 March 2016

Everyman is an appeal run by The Institute of Cancer Research (ICR). Every year some 10,000 men lose their lives to prostate cancer and over 2,000 others have their world turned upside down by a diagnosis of testicular cancer. These men are the reason we are fundraising for male specific cancers.

Story

I must be going a little bit mad now but I've decided to attempt the Colchester Half Marathon on March 13th.  I'll be 55 by then and the thought of running 13 miles around the hills of Colchester is just a little daunting.  But hey, it could be fun too!

Anyway, this is my challenge for 2016 and I'm going to run this for the Everyman campaign again.  An appeal run by the Institute of Cancer Research (ICR).

So, if you think this is a good cause and you would like to help me to complete this challenge then please make a little donation or drop me an email to help encourage.

I would like to complete this somewhere between 2 and 2.5 hours, but I haven't managed to run this far yet. But as Ed said in Shaun of the Dead "I'll do it on the night".
