Tomek and Sean are running the Hackney Half Marathon on 22nd June! Tomek will be trying to beat his previous 1h 44m time while Sean is running to lose some of those pre-wedding pounds. 

We're also running for Crohn's and Colitis UK, a charity that's very important to us. Any donations you can give to the cause are immensely appreciated.
