On July 12th I'll be running the ASICS 10k run in support of The Terrence Higgins Trust. This is a charity that is dear to me on one which works tirelessly to help people with HIV all around The UK. You may not realise but The THT has never been busier delivering services to those affected but in addition is responsible for health promotion and campaigns that tackle misinformation, stigma and discrimination.

The Terrence Higgins Trust is the leading HIV and AIDS Charity in the UK and the largest in Europe. It was one of the first charities to be set up in response to the HIV epidemic and has been at the forefront of the fight against HIV & AIDS ever since.

Please give generously but as usual all contributions are welcome. I am officially now in training and will not let you or the charity down asI aim to give them as much financial support as possible with your help.
