I don't have any connection to Edinburgh Women's Aid, I just like and support what they do and would like to use my first marathon to raise some money for them. In case you didn't know what they do, they provide confidential support and advice to victims of domestic abuse, temporary accommodation to women and their children who can no longer remain in their homes, and provide ongoing support into the future of the women they have helped.
