Together, we are bringing freedom from human trafficking and modern slavery by identifying victims, supporting survivors and preventing exploitation. Hope for Justice works in the UK, USA, Ethiopia and Uganda and helps thousands of people a year. Visit www.hopeforjustice.org to find out more.

Story

When we read statistics like 1.2m Children Trafficked each year (UNICEF) and more than 2.4m people are in forced labour as a result of Human Trafficking (ILO report), and Children as young as 3 years old being brought into the UK for sex, drugs and domestic servitude, we knew we had to do something to raise the awareness of this dreadful crime. A crime that is the fastest growing crime behind gun running and drug smuggling.

Dave's dad jointly runs an ACTFORJUSTICE group in Preston and we decided to support the group in competing in this, our very first Triathlon, swimming 800m, cycling 26k and then running 10k to raise money for this worthy cause.

A 17th century politician once said "All that is required for evil to prevail is for good men to do nothing"
