Link Community Development - Hitch 2010 · 23 April 2010 ·

Link believes all children have the right to a good quality education. We work with schools and communities in Ethiopia, Ghana, Malawi and Uganda. By sharing and developing skills we are bringing about long-lasting change, helping over a million children have a better start in life.

Story

This Easter Marf and I are off to Morocco!  The aim is to hitch hike all the way there and raise as much money as possible for Link Community Development in the process.

Link Community Development work to continuously improve the quality of education in Africa in a sustainable manner, right from schools-level all the way up to regional and national policy-making.  They also work to prevent the further spread of HIV/AIDS and reduce its impact on communities; as well as raising awareness of development issues in Europe and the U.S.A.  Check them out here: http://www.lcdinternational.org/

This really is a great cause and the more sponsorship money we can raise the bigger a difference we can make; so please give generously and help us to help them.

Thanks,

Tridge x
