Such did "Team Triton" enjoy their Leeds 10K run, that they are now eager to up the "ante" and improve on their times, deciding to enter the York 10K on Sunday 31st July.

In the Leeds 10k, Graham was first home in 57 minutes, with Mark just behind him. Not far behind Mark was Lauren and Ashley. It seems that Ashley stalked Lauren for the whole of the race, as every picture of Lauren in the run shows him only a couple of feet behind her. They were followed over the line minutes later by Paul & Chris.

Team Triton ask that those of you who were unable to donate initially, please find time to do so before the next race.

Our chosen charity is The Stroke Association, which is the only UK wide charity solely concerned with combating stroke in people of all ages.

The Stroke Association funds research into prevention, treatment and better methods of rehabilitation, and helps stroke patients and their families directly. They also campaign, educate and inform to increase knowledge of stroke at all levels of society, and act as a voice for everyone affected by stroke.

All monies raised will be donated to the charity so please be generous and give what you can.
