Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Ok peeps, I know times are hard and I know you get sent lots of these pleas.... but this year I'm doing a few challenges in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support, too many friends have been and are being affected by cancer and I want to raise some money to help, please please help me.... Anything you can give would be gratefully received and very much appreciated, anything even £1 it all helps......... giving up one of your Starbucks coffees and donating instead.... (if you drink them!) or giving up a pint in the pub. Thank you sooo much in advance......

So what am I doing, that’s what you want to know right!!! Well……..

I'm doing a coast to coast cycle challenge with a few other nutters on 25th/26th May, cycling from Grimsby to St Annes over  2 days (around 145 miles)....

Then I'll be attempting to complete 2 half ironman races: Ironman UK 70.3 in Wimbleball (one of the toughest half ironman races in the world) on June 16th and the Cowman on 14th July (both: 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike, 13.1 mile run)

All topped off with me attempting to complete Ironman Wales in Tenby on September 8th, yep a whole Ironman that's a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike, 26.2 mile run. I can feel the pain and tears already!!!

It means 9 training sessions a week and at my peak training will amount to around 25 hours of training a week!!! As well as holding down a full time job and trying to see friends & family!!! Trust me, it's hard, really hard to keep motivated, but the thought of what my friends have been through with cancer keeps me motivated!!... so please please please dig deep... this genuinely means an awful lot to me...

Big Love and please check those breasticles & testicles...... let's beat cancer....
