We are a group of girls from Tunbridge Wells Girls Grammar School (TWGGS) doing a Swimathon at Virgin Active, Tunbridge Wells, on 18 November 2012. Our team of 5 includes Annie Cassidy, Emma Whitehead, Clara Page, Tasha Young and Molly Payne. We aim to  swim 20 lengths each, and raise at least £150 as a contribution to our entire teams efforts to raise £3K

TWGGS supports the Ghana Education Project, a charity working to improve education standards in Nkwanta, a deprived area of North East Ghana.

We are doing the swimathon to raise £3k to enable the part exchange of the vehicle used by GEP's project manager and founder in Nkwanta.  The terrain is very rough and the current Toyota is suffering badly.  With parts and servicing 4 hours away an upgraded vechile is vital to the continuing work of the charity.  This team is proud to be receiving the support of Harwoods Land Rover Haywards Heath - £150.  Thank you!
