A close friend's daughter was diagnosed with a rare lung tumor (PPB) back in January 09. Due to it's agressive nature she spent 3 months in intensive care at St Georges Hospital on a ventilator. While in PICU she was started on a course of Chemotheropy to shrink the tumor, which went on untill July 09.　

They have recently had to go to Great Ormund Street Hospital to have the tumor removed along with her right lung and much of her diaphragm. In this time she has been an absolute star and a great inspiration to everyone she has met along this long and difficult journey.

We all love her dearly and now want to try to raise as much as we can for the charities who have and continue to help her and her family so much.
