UKBA 3 Peaks Challenge 2010 · 3 April 2010
A bunch of civil servants will climb the three highest mountains of the mainland UK over a period of 24 hours during Easter 2010. Those 24 hours will include not just the climbing, but also travelling from Ben Nevis in Scotland via Scafell Pike in the Lake District down to Snowdon in Wales. To make it even more difficult we'll be climbing Scafell Pike in the dark! It's a total of 2967m climbing, 460 miles driving and probably not much sleep.
