I lost my Mum a couple of months ago and the support the Rowans Hospice gave our family in her final couple of days were amazing.

So, myself and my good friend Sean (Elvis) Ward are going to jog it/walk it from London to Brighton on Saturday 26th May - The Ultra Challenge 100k (62 miles ).
