Story
The Messenger of Allaah Sallallaahu 'alayhi wassalaam said ''The believers, in their love, mutual kindness, and close ties, are like one body; when any part complains, the whole body responds to it with wakefulness and fever'' - Muslim
Funded Projects included, but where not limited to: widow sponsorship, emergency flood relief, medical clinics, medical aid school support, eid gifts, Food aid, orphan sponsorship, Qur'an distribution, cataract surgery, water tanks, Wheel chair distribution, teacher sponsorship, dialisis treatment, winter aid, house and masjid constructions.
With so much need of the Ummah and only Allaah knowing what they will need the most in the coming year, we decided to support Ummah Welfare Trust's ''Most Needy'' project this Ramadan.
Imagine coming on Yawm Al-Qiyamah and seeing that your donation gave someone emergency aid, saved someones life through treatment, put a smile on an orphans face, assisted a child become a haafidh, kept a family warm, assisted a family in a war torn land, gave the gift of sight and gave water to those in dire need. SubhanAllaah!
At no time in recent history have we seen so much suffering across many countries. Oppression in Syria, Gaza, hundreds and thousands fleeing violence in Iraq, refugees from Burma, war torn areas in Yemen, deaths of thousands of people and displacement of over a million in The Central African Republic (CAR)– all of this is increasing the suffering of our brothers and sisters in these countries and others, resulting in people dying, and being deprived of food, medical and other fundamental amenities. And on top of all of that we have the issues at home which not many seem to know about.
Just a few blessed days of Ramadhan remain; and the Imam of this Ummah, SallAllahu 'alayhi wasallam, is reported to have said, 'The best charity is that given in Ramadhan.' [at-Tirmidhi]
On top of that, Charity wipes away sins, the people who have passed away wish that they can return to give in sadaqah, it is a shade on the day of judgement and it is multiplied in reward in and of itself and up to another 70 to 700 times in this blessed month! AllaahuAkbar!
Donate generously on this page on every night of the last 10 days of Ramadan, so you don;t miss the opportunity of having your deeds multiplied by more than 83 years!
