Story
My name is Grace, and I'm fundraising for the 2018 Macmillan Game Heroes event by participating in a 24-hour Livestreamed game of Dungeons and Dragons. My particular session will be the 5th Edition session, streamed on Sunday the 25th of November, 12:00 - 18:00. I'll add the link to the Twitch.tv livestream below for those that wish to follow along:

My character for the 5th Edition run is Brilliant O' Maolain, a tiefling monk who is the head of her noble house. Many find her fearsome and cold, trained from a young age as collector and purveyor of fine jewels and crystals. She rules her house with an iron palm, alongside her gentle, elven wife Treasure. Brilliant is a woman who has always been completely in control of her own destiny...until now.
The plot hooks for each session include:
1e AD&D: The year is 1358. As the world shakes from violence as the deities walk the land as mortals, raw magical discharge has opened up entrances to undiscovered areas of the great dungeon complex: Undermountain. Unplundered riches and ancient lore could await for a group bold enough to dare it's mysteries...
3.5e D&D: The year is 1385. Frantic messages from the east have warned, and fallen silent, of a great blue fire that rips across the land. In the hopes of finding any sort of defense, the Lords of Waterdeep urgently send teams of adventures down into Undermountain to look for any artefacts to protect the city. Can they find anything in time?
4e D&D: The year is 1472. Recent seismic events beneath Waterdeep have exposed some parts of Undermountain sealed by the Spellplauge, and strange, unknown creatures have poured out into the city. Parts of the dungeon have been switched with areas from another world. And to stop the monsters, they must be cut down at the source...
5e D&D: The year is 1486. The Sundering draws to a close, and it is in these final hours that the dreaded truth of the Lost Level comes to light. With little time left, and armed with the knowledge of all who have come before, can our heroes save Waterdeep from it's fate?
