Having conquered the dizzy heights of the Windsor Racecourse 10K in March, it's now onwards and upwards to the Windsor Half Marathon for Rach and Tom.

We're not sure if we know what we've let ourselves in for, apparently it's a very hilly course but it's for a good cause so we're not complaining, honest!

This time we're running in aid of the Air Ambulance - Berks, Oxon and Bucks, who valiantly rescued Michael from a field when he broke his femur - nasty business!
