Thank you taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I will be joining the Project Harar surgical mission to Ethiopia in March 2019. I am volunteering for two weeks to be part of a medical team which will treat and care for children, men and women in Ethiopia with severe facial disfigurements.

Project Harar is a Charity that treats children and young adults in Ethiopia living with facial disfigurements from tumours, trauma an birth defects.

Many of these people live in social isolation due to the stigmatisation they suffer. Each year Project Harar sends a team of Surgeons, Nurses, Anaesthetists and Dieticians to volunteer their time in the annual Complex Surgical Mission to treat these patients.

Help us continue in our work to rebuild faces and change lives.
