Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Well we did it!  Despite losing the hour we managed to wake up in time and arrive at the start and register early (8.00 am). Viqui had a cab waiting to take her to the airport at 12.00 so time was to be tight for us, but such was her commitment!

There were lots of ups and downs, the downs being the worst playing havoc with our knees. I managed to fall over twice but thankfully it was not muddy!

We finished after three hours and were the first team to come in and and also the third entry who were doing the longer distance. Viqui made her cab and the airport and I had a date with a soak in the bath!
