My name is Vanessa Bennett. I am the CEO of the mental health charity Havering Mind. We provide services and support to people who experience mental health problems in the London Borough of Havering.

I have decided to take on the challenge of doing a WING WALK on Sunday 17th July at our Wings & Wheels car show event at Damyns Hall Aerodrome, Upminster.

I will be strapped onto the roof of a plane and fly at up to 1000ft in the air above the event for around 15minutes!
