Some of you may or may not know, but my Grandad has been struggling with dementia for a number of years now. It has deteriorated significantly over the last 12 months and he is now in a home.

I will be doing this walk in aid of him and some many others who suffer with dementia and all the friends, family and care workers who are there day in day out to support those around them.
