Great North Run 2004 · 26 September 2004 ·

We're dedicated to beating blood cancer. We fund research and support those affected. Since 1960, we've invested over £500 million in blood cancer research, transforming treatments and saving lives. The day we beat blood cancer is now in sight and our researchers are determined to finish the job.

Story

Hi

1 down and 1 more to go. Me and my Dad completed the London Triathlon this weekend. Dad did the Olympic distance in a very impressive 2 hrs 40 min and I did the Sprint in 1 hr 33min. Brilliant weekend and I'm officially hooked on triathlons. No rest for the wicked though, got to start training for the GNR now!

Not only is this a charity very close to my heart but I work for them now!! So please help me hold my head up high in the office and sponsor me and my Dad!

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Leukaemia Research Fund will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

THANK YOU!!

Vicky and Terry
