So we decided it would be a good idea to ride 63 miles on our bikes, but of course it is a good idea because it is all in aid of a fantastic charity close to all of our hearts, St Giles Hospice. 

Sadly we have too much experience of the work they do, however we are eternally grateful for the dedication of the whole team, both in the Hospice and in the community.

The wonderful Lesley McLarney received fantastic support and care from this wonderful charity in last weeks and months of her battle with cancer and we wanted to give something back as we certainly couldn't have got trhough mom/Les' final months without them. 

We would all be hugely grateful for any donation you can make. When you're giving just remember our poor legs!!
