North Staffs Mind is a mental health charity supporting adults , children and young people, giving them opportunities to access high quality services that can make a difference.

This year , we are raising money again for the  invaluable Mindzone drop-in service. Mindzone has changed the lives of over 500 local young people since its start in 2008.

Mindzone is a unique self-development service where we create a safe, supportive, and confidential environment for young people between the ages of 11 and 19. At Mindzone, we run workshops around mental health and emotional well-being, and offer immediate drop-in one-to-one counselling services to any young people in distress.
