Our very own, amazingly talented Fiona LOVES making cakes! So much so she is a member of an online cake collaboration group. They choose a social or world issue and then make a cake based around this theme...the cakes are 'revealed' and shared online then usually raffled or donated to help raise funds and awareness for the particular cause.

The March 2016 just happened to be the RNLI ! Fifi's cake have very kindly donated it to us to help raise funds towards the Tara Scougall lifeboat. This boozy fruitcake will get better with age.......all decorations are sugar paste..the bee and stargazer lily are a personal tribute to Tara  ! Thankyou so much for your donation.......
