I'll be running the 2025 London Marathon and raising funds for Marie Curie UK.

Marie Curie's Hospice cared for my good friend Alex "Westy" West in his final days. He passed just over 10 years ago from cancer and this marathon is a chance to remember him and say thank you to those who looked after him so well.

I was meant to run this marathon in 2020, but covid canceled that race despite me training for it. In 2021 I then got long covid and the muscle pains, fatigue and mental health made running much, much harder.

It's been a long hard journey but over the last 4years I built myself back up. I'm slower and running is harder than it used to be but I didn't want long covid to take away my chance to do one last thing for Westy and raise vital funds for the Hospice that cared for him.

This will be my last ever fundraising run for charity. I am so grateful to everyone who has supported me in previous runs but if you could donate one last time I would be extremely grateful.
