I think I'm glutton for punishment... last year I took part in this event at short notice standing in for someone else, and had an absolute blast! I've never been colder, muddier, wetter or more tired after wading through knee deep mud, fighting to keep my shoes from getting sucked off my feet, and crawling through long dark (smelly) tunnels, but it's totally worth it! So I'm doing it again this year and raising money for the Manchester United Foundation, who work within Greater Manchester helping young people in some of the most deprived areas.
