Story

Wilkies Warriors 2.6 Challenge:

With the current awful pandemic situation, it has left a lot of events being cancelled which will directly impact on charity funding as a lot of smaller charities fully rely on income from monies raised from such events.

Due to this, BBSUK are challenging people to sign up for the 2.6 challenge.

It really is as simple as it sounds - we are looking for you to do any activity that can directly relate to 2.6 or 26......... So Wilkies Warriors have set up a group of walkers, runners and cyclists who will be participating in 2.6 mile walks and runs and 26 mile cycles! Everyone who participates is also donating £2.60 towards this fantastic charity.

Whilst I will take part individually as well, i will commit to donate £2 for every participant in the team to help top up the total raised!

Our activities will take place mainly on Sunday 26th April as this is when the initiative kicks in,  with many other charities following suit to try and keep pennies coming in through these tough times.

Thank you for taking the time to visit our page, stay safe!
