Story
So after 2 years of growth, I have finally decided to shave my hair. But why not raise money for a vital cause in the process?
The Coronavirus pandemic has had a deviating effect across the earth and will continue to have an impact on us for some time. Due to lockdown measures, many charities have had to close their doors to the public for now, which sadly means that vital revenue and fundraising opportunities have been lost ☹️ So by completing the 2.6 challenge (well the 26cm challenge in my case) I am hoping to raise a bit of money for a charity very close to my heart.
Bransby Horses Rescue and Welfare is one of the UK's largest equine charities, leading the way in rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming horses, ponies, donkeys and mules across the UK. I am currently an equine welfare volunteer at the charity and have seen first hand the care, love and utter dedication the staff at the charity have for Their equines. I'm hoping to raise £500 over the next few weeks accumulating in a (slight) hair cut at the beginning of June! ✂️
