We are the management team of Willowcroft care home and the 3 of us are taking on this huge challenge of completing the Great North Run. Our aim is to raise as much money as we can which in turn will be used to benefit the residents that we care for on a daily basis enabling them to live later life well.

As a charity, fundraising and donations play a big role in making everything we do possible. They enable us to provide additional services that help to replace loneliness with a sense of togetherness, encouraging later life to be both celebrated and lived well. Whether it’s a creative coffee morning fueled by arts and crafts or making communication possible through music therapy, every donation we receive goes towards making later life something that deserves to be celebrated, enjoyed, and lived well.
