My very creative uncle William is organizing an art exhibition from 5^th-12^th July 2015.  As part of the exhibition, William is raising money to create a poem with a twist … the content of the poem is created by the people who sponsor its creation!

That’s right, my uncle William is attempting to deliver something called ‘concept poetry’ using words provided by you, the sponsor.  Each word you provide costs £5 in sponsorship and can be any word you like based on any topic.  Here’s how you do it:

1, Think about how many words you’d like to sponsor in multiples of £5 (e.g. 2 words = £10, 4 words = £20)

2, Think about which words you would like to use

3, Place these words in the comments section when you submit your sponsorship amount

The deadline for providing words/sponsorship is 21^st June and William is looking for 200 words to create this conceptual masterpiece!  Once all the words have been collected, a poet will then spend 3 weeks creating the poem that will be read at the exhibition.  All sponsors will of course receive the poem to see their words in action J.

All the money raised creating this concept poem will go towards he Rainbow Centre, a wonderful cause helping to raise money for children living in extreme poverty in Sri Lanka.  All this is in memory of my cousin and William’s godson Stephen Graham.
