About Yeovil Heartbeat
We support cardiac rehabilitation in the Yeovil area to improve the quality of lives of patients after a cardiac diagnosis.
We provide facilities and individualised exercise programmes and education whilst being monitored by specialist cardiac nurses, physiotherapists and exercise instructors.
