YMCA Futures is an enterprise project based on the Isle of Wight. The project helps empower young people to develop and express vocational skills, improve self esteem, confidence and communication.

We aim to raise a minimum of £2000 in sponsorship funding by the end of 2015. This will enable us to offer further participation opportunities for young people.

Teams of 11 -19 year olds are provided with the chance to access seed funding (up to £1000) and mentoring support to achieve exciting profitable projects that aim to benefit charities (via funds raised). Teams have six months to complete their projects.

The project is funded via the IOW Council's Youth Offer until March 2017.
