Sona & Frankie are both yoga practitioners & mum's with children with special needs. They are understand how important it is for SEN parents/carers to get regular respite and how difficult this can be especially during the pandemic. They have joined forces and have set up a fortnightly online self care yoga class for SEN Parents and carers. All the proceeds will go to SKYLARKS  an independent
charity based in Richmond-upon-Thames that provides activities and
therapies for children with disabilities and additional needs.
