I initially signed up to run the 5k just as an excuse to get fit. Then I thought to myself: you know how lazy you are, you will just pull out of this unless you have a good reason not to. So this is where you guys come in, you can be my reason not to. If you start giving me money for the Royal Marsden Cancer Campaign then I will have to do it, no way I can chicken out then!!

 

I don't need to raise a specific amount, so anything you can give will be most welcome. I have started training now and told myself that I must run the full 5k, (not walk it!). So far the training is going well, though I'm probably running 1k at the moment rather than 5, but plenty of time left, so hopefully I'll get there.

 

Anyway, that's enough from me. Unfortunately we all know someone who has had cancer so please sponsor me and help with this great cause.
