Hi all and thank you very much for taking your time to visit our page. Me Sunny and Taimoor are taking part in the Mens Health Survival of the Fittest challenge on the 17th of November to raise money and awareness for cancer.

On the 3rd of March 2012, my cousin was diagnosed with Rhabdomyosarcoma which is a extremely rare form of Cancer which affects one's soft tissue. After his first cycle of Chemotherapy, sadly he had passed away on the 31st of July 2012. When hearing this news it was a sudden shock to all family and friends as Rizwan was someone who was a positive character and kept people smiling. In the few months of undergoing treatment Rizwan wrote a blog which he would want to share in order to help people who may be going through a similiar situation.
