Here's what we've let ourselves in for...

Having to stay together at all times, we will have to endure not only one another but also a 10km Run, 25km Cycle & 1000m Kayak.

We would love to have some support on the day so feel free to come and cheer us on or blatantly just laugh at us!  We are all training for this seriously but we as yet haven't trained as a team - this could go horribly wrong.

As much as this is an incentive to get fit and have a laugh, this is also really to raise money for a charity that has been prevalent in not only our lives but a lot of yours too.  Cancer Research UK are continually increasing not only the opportunity of treatment and cure but also of prevention from this terrible disease.  With our help, they will continue to do so.
