Assalamualaikum
We would like to build a Masjid  and a community water well in memory of our late beloved parents Haji Ahmed Mulla, Zulaikha Mulla and late sister Shenaz Mulla.

The cost of a small masjid in Sudan is £3500 which will accommodate approx 70 to 100 musallees. The cost of a community well close to the masjid is £2600- both the masjid and well will cost £6100 altogether. Please donate, it will be Sadaqah jariah for our beloved parents and sister, as well as for whoever donates.

The Messenger of Allah (sws) said: “Whoever builds a mosque for the sake of Allah, like a sparrow’s nest or even smaller, Allah will build for him a house in Paradise.” (Ibn Majah)

The Messenger of Allah ( sws ) has also said: “The best form of charity is giving water (to drink).” (hadith of the Prophet ﷺ, narrated by Ibn Majah)

With consultation we have decided to add  a water well which will provide clean water for the masjid and the whole community ..

The well will be built alongside the masjid or near the masjid in shaa Allah. 

It will serve clean water for more than 1000 people in an area where finding clean water is very difficult. The wells are 1.5 meters wide and draw water from around 10 metres or more beneath the ground, making them dependable during all seasons. These water wells provide enough clean water for families, livestock and crops, and for them to use daily for their daily needs including wudhu for salah.

May Allah swt enlighten their grave & make it a garden from the gardens of paradise. May he grant them jannatul firdous without reckoning and make it a means for our salvation. May allah swt accept our donations. Ameen.
