Justin was a very close family friend of mine who was taken too soon due to a sudden cardiac arrest. This happened to him in a gym where there was no defibrillator to deliver the urgent treatment he required. The charity set up in his name works tirelessly to ensure that in places of activity such as gyms and sports clubs along with other public areas, defibrillators are on site by law and the public have a more comfortable view of how to use these life saving devices. They deliver courses on CPR and defib usage as well as campaigning for change and hopefully with the money I can raise here we can help save lives, continue to educate and make change for the good.
